Elizabeth Channel

Elizabeth Channel of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away peacefully at home on December 17, 2017 at the age of 81. Visitation will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home on Saturday, December 30th at 11:00 AM with funeral service to follow at 12:00 PM. Interment to take place following funeral service at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, 7000 Blue Ridge Blvd., Kansas City, Missouri 64133. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Elizabeth’s name to: Humane Society of Greater Kansas City, www.hsgkc.org. Elizabeth Channel was born July 8, 1936 in Columbia, South Carolina to Mr. and Mrs. John Anderson. Joined in marriage in 1964, Elizabeth and Willie (Sonny) Channel, made their home in Kansas City along with their daughter, Robbie Ann, and two grandchildren Talya and Raymon (Monty) Williams. Elizabeth was a proud member of the Eastern Star for over 50 years, traveling to different States for conference meetings. She was a loving, caring woman with a big heart who adored her family, friends and two dogs, Kokomo and Scandal. Survivors include Granddaughter; Talya Williams, Grandson; Raymon Williams, along with a host of Nieces and Nephews.
