Duane Eldon Webb “Peepers”, 87, passed away February 18, 2017 surrounded by his children. Duane was born September 23, 1929 in Chanute, KS the son of Homer and Mary Webb. He served his country in the United States Air Force from 1949-1952, during the Korean War. Duane retired from Jackson County Public Works after 22 years. He was preceded in death by his wife Rita Webb, a son, Duane E. Webb II., his parents, 2 sisters, 1 brother, 4 grandsons and a great grandson. Survivors include; 3 sons, 3 daughters, 1 brother, 1 sister, 23 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren. Visitation will be Saturday, February 25, 2017 from 1-2 pm, graveside service at 2 pm at Floral Hills Funeral Home.
