Doris Ann Gramlich

Doris was born in Independence, Missouri on August 31, 1936. She was married in 1954 to Edwin Gramlich and worked for Household Finance for over 30 years. Doris enjoyed traveling and spending time with family and friends. She enjoyed weekends at the lake and after retiring, she would spend winters in Texas.

She was preceded in death by her husband Edwin Gramlich. Her parents Edmond and Esther Mehner and her brother Martin Mehner.

Doris is survived by her daughter Carol Gramlich Ackerson, sister Hallie Reynolds, sister in law Janell Gramlich. Her grandsons Kip Ackerson (Lindsey), Drew Ackerson (Colleen) and four great grandchildren, Amelia Ackerson, Adley Ackerson, Bennett Ackerson and Pierce Ackerson.

A visitation for Doris will be held Monday, February 6, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Newcomer's Floral Hills Funeral Home, 7000 BLUE RIDGE BLVD, KANSAS CITY, MO 64133. A graveside service will occur Monday, February 6, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Brooking Cemetery, 10004 E 53rd St, Raytown, MO 64133. A funeral service will occur Monday, February 6, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM, 7000 BLUE RIDGE BLVD, KANSAS CITY, MO 64133.
