Donna Patricia Wilkinson

Donna was born in Kansas City to Don and Ida "Pat" Price. Growing up in the KC area, Donna was the oldest of five siblings. She attended the old Southwest High School and UMKC where she studied to become a Dental Hygienist. Through all of her schooling she developed friendships that had lasted to today. While at UMKC, through mutual friends, she met her husband who blessed her with two wonderful children. Most of her next 20 years were spent in Southeast Kansas, primarily in Parsons. Where she was active in raising her children; being involved in their many sports and academic activities. Donna later attended Pittsburg State University where she earned her teaching degree to change her profession. After teaching for a few years, she returned to Kansas City to be near her parents. Donna was a substitute teacher until she retired and active in church and small groups. Both of her children have lived in Kansas City during much of that time, which brought her great joy, especially as grandchildren followed.

Donna is survived by her daughter Ann Wilkinson and son Alan (Al) Wilkinson (wife Michelle) and grandchildren Bethany, Rebekah, Caleb, and Joshua Wilkinson as well as three of her four siblings - Don Price, Liz Pursley, and Veronica Marian.

A committal service for Donna will be held Saturday, April 22, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Mount Moriah Cemetery South, 10507 Holmes Road, Kansas City, MO 64131, please gather at the funeral home at 2:45 pm and we will process down to the site at 3:00 pm.
