Donald R. Mark, 95, Lee’s Summit, Missouri, passed away March 18, 2011. Visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 a.m. followed by funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 23, at Mt. Moriah & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Road, Kansas City, Missouri. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer’s Association, Heart of America Chapter, 3846 W. 75th Street, Prairie Village, Kansas 66208. Mr. Mark was born March 26, 1915 in Tonganoxie, Kansas. He retired as Plant Manager from Chrysler Corp. with over 30 years of service. He was a Mason and a member of Ararat Shrine. He loved golfing and sports. He was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Helen Mark, son Bill Mark, and daughter Marilyn Mark Stout. He is survived by his son-in-law Dr. Carl N. Stout and wife Darlene; three grandchildren Dr. Tim Stout and wife Shawna, Shannon Stout McIntosh and husband James, and Chad Stout and wife Marguerite; and many great-grandchildren.
