Connie (LaBarge) Hale, 72, of North Kansas City, MO passed away in her home on June 23, 2019. Born October 8, 1946 to Ronald and Winifred (Powell) LaBarge. She was a 1964 graduate of Raytown High School. Connie was a retiree of Army Corp of Engineers and H&R Block.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Samuel Hale and brother, Ronald LaBarge, Jr. Preceded in death by her parents and sister Bonnie (LaBarge) Roberts.
Connie married Sam August 6, 1966. Shortly after their marriage, Connie joined Sam in Germany where he was stationed. During their time there they had their first daughter and spent time traveling Europe. After returning home they settled down in the Northland and built a home for their beautiful family.
She is loved and missed by her daughters: Lisa (John Winter), Lara (John Wood III) and Joanna (Benjamin Simmons).
She furiously loved her grandchildren who adored every moment with their grandmother: Raelynne Hale (Guillaume Babin), Jeremy Hart, John Wood IV, Annalise Winter, Audrey Simmons (Brandon Keeton), Samantha Simmons (Alek Jewell), and Sabrina Wood.
She cherished every moment with her 9 month old great grandson, Benjamin Keeton.
Connie will not only be missed by her family but also by all of the people whose lives she touched with her big heart.
