Clarence was proceeded in death by his parents Clarence E. Coen Sr. and Neawanna L. Coen, his wife Inez Coen and his sister Sonja D. Callaway.
Clarence leaves behind his daughter Mellisa Hall and her husband Dennis Hall. He also leaves behind his grandson Brien Barnett, a granddaughter Niekole Hall, his sister Neawanna Sloan and her husband Owen Sloan and many nieces and nephews.
Clarence served his country proudly in the US Navy from 10-21-1960 to 11-6-1963. He served on the USS Bream as a torpedo man.
After the Navy he became a pressman by trade and belonged to Local #16 union (Printing and Pressman Union). After he retired, he took classes to learn how to trade stocks and bonds. He wanted to be able to do his own trading.
For recreation, Clarence loved working on racecars, motorcycles and ATV’s.
