Charles Michael “Mike” Wilson, 61, formerly of Batavia, Illinois passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 30th, 2017, surrounded by his family after a long battle with Superficial Siderosis. Mike was born January 21st, 1956 in Kansas City, Missouri to Mary Esther (Bolger) Wilson and the late Ernest Wilson. He graduated from Kansas State University in 1980, and worked for 35 years as a plant controller for Graphic Packaging International.
Mike is survived by Ann (Janchar) Wilson, his wife of 25 years, his children, Abigail, Jeffrey, and Nicholas, his mother, Mary Esther Wilson, and his brother, Douglas (Barbara) Wilson.
The visitation service will be Saturday, January 6th, 2018 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church at 10am immediately followed by the mass of Christian burial at 11am with interment at Mount Moriah Cemetery.
