Mr. Molthan was born July 16th, 1978 in Independence, Missouri
As a child he was raised in Independence, Missouri would go to Truman High School but graduate from Lawson High School. Throughout his younger years he would work at a Golden Corral, Kenny’s tile, and was even a dispatcher for the Lee’s Summit police department. He enjoyed riding ATVs, Dirt bikes, photography and playing baseball. As he got older he played in a dart league with his father, they would play together throughout his early 20s. He would also ride in the rodeo and break horses throughout his 20s into his early 30s. He loved being outside and trying new things, he was big on consistently trying to improve his life or expanding his knowledge. He never let things get the best of him for long, he would always find a way and then would teach others his process. His lessons will be with all of those he has taught and will eventually branch out far and wide, in this life it is about what you do with the time you have and he loved teaching others and did a fantastic job doing it.
He was married four times and had five children as a result of those marriages. There is four boys and one girl, he spent a lot of time coaching his eldest sons sporting teams as much as could. Coaching football, baseball and assisting on a basketball team just to be as close to his kids as possible and teach other kids along the way. He also spent a ton of time working and managing a construction company that he started when he was nineteen years old. The construction company that he started was named Molthan construction, he took pride in his work while trying to teach as much as he could along the way. His business would grow and help support his family throughout his life, teaching his children as much as he could to help them develop skills they could use to support themselves as they grow. He would always try to help others to the best of his abilities, he enjoyed being able to help others throughout his time. Mr. Molthan also was involved in real estate, and investing while he was not coaching or working on his business.
