Ascension "Ace" Vasquez

Ascension “Ace” Vasquez, 68 of Westside Kansas City, Missouri joined our Heavenly Father on October 28, 2022. Ace was born in Kansas City, Missouri on May 27, 1954 to Galo G. & Romalda Vasquez. He worked for International Alliance of Theatrical. Ace loved his job and working with his crew and formed lifelong friendships. His love for Hard Rock, Rhythm & Blues carried from work to his personal life. He loved his Chiefs, Royals and horse races.

Ace was preceded in death by parents, Galo & Romalda Vasquez. He is survived by his loving son, Ascension John Villegas (Monica); and daughter, Melissa Vasquez; Grandchildren, Larry Pacheco Jr. (Jennifer Chinchilla), Christian Pacheco, Jace and Isaiah Villegas, Devin Garcia; Great-Granddaughter, Olivia Grace Pacheco; Siblings, Guadalupe Sarmiento (Richard), Juanita Madrigal (Joseph), Sister Hostia Shields, Jesse (Ruth) and nephews and nieces.

Rosary will be at 9:30 a.m. with visitation after on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Shrine, 901 Cesar Chavez, Kansas City, Missouri, with Mass of Christian Burial following at 11:00 a.m. Inurnment will be at a later date.
