Allen Lee Barnes, 60, passed away from cancer on July 24, 2016 at KC Hospice House. Allen was born October 29, 1955 the son of Chalmer and Ruby Barnes. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one sister. Allen enjoyed working for Burns and McDonnell Engineering for 30 years, retiring in 2011. Allen leaves behind his wife of 35 years, Donna Jackson Barnes, one sister, a host of nieces, nephews, friends and his 1970 Dodge Challenger. Visitation will be Thursday, July 28, 2016 from 11 am until service time at 12 pm, at Floral Hills Funeral Home.
