Albert Kreka

Albert and his wife Kozeta (Kokoneshi) were together for over 40 years. Married on April 23, 1984. He is survived by his two children, Klajdi and Vilma Kreka, two siblings, Edmond Kreka and Dhurata Konomi. Daughter-in-law Amanda Kreka and Grandchildren Adrian and Niko Kreka. Loving them all greater than he ever imagined possible was his greatest joy.

Albert will be remembered for his enormous heart. He was generous, loyal, strong, compassionate and kind. He always had a smile and warm story to share with everyone he met. He was a man of excellence. He had an entrepreneurial spirit from a young age. He attended Engineering University in Albania where his technical excellence made him a master craftsman. He was known as a man who could fix anything. He built and owned a renowned sweets and candy factory, employing over one-hundred people in his hometown of Pogradeci, Albania. He overcame every challenge because of his determination and relentless spirit which led him to owning and running successful restaurants and businesses in the United States, with his wife and two children. His strength and perseverance were a pillar in his family. He said “my greatest accomplishment in my life is my family.”

He will forever be remembered for his heart, kindness, strength, loyalty and unwavering love for his family and friends. He carried himself with dignity, strength, and full of love for those who went before him. He will be forever missed and forever in our hearts.
