Wanda L. Shannon, 84, of Edwardsville, KS passed away Jan. 9, 2018. God received another angel, she passed away peacefully surrounded by family. She loved bowling, cross-stitch, reading and spending time with her family. She had a sweet spirit and anyone that knew her loved her.
Wanda was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Shannon and son, David Lee.
Wanda is survived by her only daughter, Sherryl (John) Tolman; 3 grandchildren, Marion Harris, Amy (Jim) Hazzard and Mindy (John Ray) Bialek; 8 great grandchildren, Marion III, Madison, Emilee, Jacob, Hannah, Jaxton, Haylee and Paiton; and one great great granddaughter, Maci Lynn.
A visitation will be from 2-4 PM, Sunday, January 14 with a funeral service at 10 AM, Monday, January 15, both at Chapel Hill-Butler Funeral Home, 701 N. 94th St., Kansas City, KS.
