He was a devoted husband and father. He worked a lot of hours and had little time for family but when he did we had the best time. He had an ornery streak and there are many stories to be told regarding this. He worked long and hard throughout his life from the time he was tall enough to drive a tractor which he said was age 5 until Alzheimer’s and macular degeneration took their toll on him. He never met a stranger and will be missed dearly by his family and friends.
