R.F. Davis took his last call for a Z train to heaven. He was a locomotive engineer for Union Pacific railroad for 41 years. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Barbara Davis. Dad was a wonderful man who was adored by many from all walks of life. His favorite days were spent at a local car show, greeting friends and family that showed up to his open barn door, or tinkering on his latest project. He left this world surrounded by love from his family that will miss him dearly.
He leaves behind his son Roscoe F Davis Jr and his wife Mariann, his daughter Rhonda Zella, and his daughter Renee Burke and her husband Steven. He is proceeded in death by his son in law Stephen Zella. He leaves behind many grandchildren that he thought the world of Katelyn, Mackenzie, Abigail, Remington, Maxwell, Erika, Roscoe, and Nicholas. He was very happy to brag about his eight great-grandchildren – Lola, Hazel, Thomas, Charles, Julian, Jameson, Roscoe IV, and Parker.
He was greeted at the rainbow bridge by all the many animals he loved throughout his life but leaves behind his best buddy Frenzy.
