A lifelong personal friend, Mary was the prime example of a fine friend and certainly a dedicated nurse as well. Growing up, many hours were spent with her and her folks and later in Mary's "Flower Room." Listening to Rod McKuen or nearly any popular music was always a favorite.

I always meant to tell you Mary, I was the one that left the frog in your Mustang. Also might mention my appreciation for washing my mud covered dress blues when I was on leave from the US Navy. 

You will be sadly missed, always remembered and loved. You are a very special person in my life. Thanks for being part of my dash, friend. 

Mary was my first  head nurse at the new Providence-St Margaret Hospital on the evening  shift, then post op surgical floor. She became my closest friend and mentor from then on!She shared herself ( and her family ) thru work,  home, when our babies arrived, grew up, married,moved on,and was there for each other when our parents passed. Aunt Mary will be severely missed  but will always be rembered for her love ,help, and friendship. Heaven recieved a great nurse ! Hugs to Michael, Pat and Pam and their families.
