Mary E. Jackson, loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother of Shawnee, Kansas passed away on Saturday, February 8 2020, at the age of 94. A funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 13, 2020 at 10:00 am at Chapel Hill-Butler Funeral Home, 701 North 94th Street, Kansas City, Kansas 66112. Services will conclude in the chapel following the service.
Mary was born the daughter of Arthur Amrein and Fern Timmons on October 8, 1925 in Kansas City, Missouri. Mary served over 30 years of services as a Sales Clerk at JC Penny’s. Mary was a member of the Grace Lutheran Church for several years. She loved spending time with her family and loved them dearly. Mary will be greatly missed.
Mary was preceded in death by an infant son, and her daughter, Phyllis Franz; and her parents.
Survivors include her daughter Bonnie (Mike) Riojas of Overland Park; five grandchildren, Kimberly Franz, Scott (Marissa) Riojas, Nicholas Riojas, Paul (Jennifer) Franz and Gina (James) Freeman; and nine great-grandchildren.
