Linda S. Mallon, 74, of Kansas City, Kansas passed away October 12, 2021. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, October 18, 2021 at Chapel Hill-Butler Funeral Home, 701 N. 94th St., Kansas City, Kansas 66112. Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM, Monday, also at the funeral home. Interment will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
Linda was born on October 21, 1946 in Kansas City, Kansas to William, Jr. and Blanche (DeDonder) Hendricks. She graduated from Wyandotte High School in 1964. She was a secretary for Kansas City, Kansas Fire Department Headquarters and Farmland Industries where she retired.
Linda was very family oriented, and loved her family with her whole heart. She spent all her time supporting with her children and being “Grammy”.
She was preceded in passing by her parents; sister, Betty Dollard and Betty’s husband, Bill.
Linda is survived by her children, Kathy (Jeff) Coen and Tommy (Laura) Mallon; grandchildren, Shane, Robi, Margaret, Andrew, Taya, Amber, William, Kayla, Katie, Kalli, and Jay; great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Michael, Easton, Rosalynn, and Elliemae; siblings, Jim (Jane) Hendricks, Tom (Marcia) Hendricks and Karen (Dwayne) Watson; and many nieces and nephews.
