James E. (Tony) Pratt passed away on Thursday, August 3, 2023. Tony was born in Sikeston, Missouri, on January 8, 1941. He graduated from Sikeston High School in 1959, and he also attended Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau.
Tony retired from Southwestern Bell in 2001, after nearly 37 years. He worked in various parts of Missouri, as well as Mexico City, Mexico and Pretoria, South Africa.
Tony leaves his wife, children and grandchildren, as well as his sister and nieces and nephews, to cherish his memory. A private, graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 10, at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, in Kansas City, Kansas. A gift to the Alzheimer’s Association is recommended by the family, if you’d like to remember Tony in this way.
