Harold Ray Allen

Harold Ray Allen of Kansas City, KS passed away on September 17th 2019 at Olathe Hospice care. He was two days shy of his 79th birthday. A Celebration of Harold’s life will be from 5:00-7:00 pm on Friday, September 20th, 2019 at Chapel Hill-Butler Funeral Home, 701 North 94th Street, Kansas City, KS 66112.

Harold was born on September 19th 1940 in Oskaloosa Kansas to William and Rachael Allen. Harold attended and graduated from Mclouth High School with the Class of 1958. After high school, Harold joined the United States Navy and proudly served his country. He then met and married the love of his life, Wanda Ewing, in 1989.

Harold loved spending his time on any golf course he could. He even was a Marshall for the Dubsdread Golf Course. He was also a great handy man and worked as an electrician for many years. Harold was a kind and caring Husband, Father, and Friend to so many. He was deeply loved and will be dearly missed.

Harold is preceded in death by Mother, Father, his two brothers and dear sister.

Left to cherish his memory is Wife Wanda Allen, two daughters, Jill Ortner and Jennifer Gearhart, Grandson Corey Ortner, Granddaughter Laura Price, Great granddaughter Ahdilyn Ortner. And many many more dear loved ones.
