We are heart broken to announce the passing of a loving husband and father, Gerald "Jerry" Stone. However, we are comforted by God's promise of salvation. Jerry was a thoughtful man and he will be greatly missed.
Jerry leaves behind his wife Betty of 64 years whom he adored, he also leaves behind his children, Karen Johns (Scott), Danny Stone and Kristy Sterling (Lee). Additionally, he leaves behind his six dearly loved grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind his precious dog Molly and cat Sparky along with ten granddogs and two grandcats .
One day we will meet again and next time we will never let you go. Until then Jerry, you will be in our hearts.
A visitation for Gerald will be held Friday, February 3, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Chapel Hill - Butler Funeral Home, 701 North 94th Street, Kansas City, Kansas 66112, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM. Immediately following will be a graveside service at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
