Frank E. Waterworth was born to Charles and Emma Waterworth on December 30, 1927 in Ottawa Illinois. He served in the US Army and fought in both WWII and the Korean War, being honorably discharged in 1953. Frank married the love of his life, Mary Agnes Kolich on October 15, 1952. He worked at the Ford Plant in Claycomo, MO then opened his own washer & dryer timer repair business, Mark I Timer Co., where he worked until his retirement. Frank and Mary also had a paper route for the Kansan that helped pay for a lake house at Lake Pomme-de-Terre, where many years of happy memories were formed. They also loved traveling, especially in the southwest, and would make a point to stop at all the casinos along the way. He was definitely a jokester and always had a funny story to tell. He loved spending time with his family and had not yet recovered from Mary Agnes’ passing in June of 2012, they would have celebrated their 60th anniversary this year. Christmas was always the best time in the Waterworth household, and Frank made sure to make even this year special, though Mary was missed terribly.
Frank was preceded in death by his wife Mary, grandson Andrew, six brothers and two sisters.
He is survived by his children, Connie Hendrickson and her husband LeRoy, Debbie Rhodus and her husband Wayne, Mark Waterworth and his wife Debbie, Michelle Saunders and her husband Don, Janet Brunner and her husband Skip; brother Joe Waterworth; thirteen grandchildren, Kevin Hendrickson and his wife Jessica, Jared Hendrickson and his wife Debbie, Cheryl Fisher and her husband Justin, Claire Hendrickson, Doug Rhodus, Lindsay Gedney and her husband Wes, Lauren Rhodus, Curtis Waterworth, Caitlin Waterworth, Kyle Saunders, Clint Saunders, Aaron Brunner and his wife Angela and Eric Brunner; and eight great-grandchildren, Hunter and Hailey Hendrickson, Violet and Henry Fisher, Caden, Drew and Lainey Gedney and Abigail Brunner.
