Dolores Thomas

Dolores Thomas of Kansas City, Kansas passed away on Saturday, June 13 at her home. She was 80 years old. A short visitation will take place prior to the funeral service from 1:00 pm—2:00 pm. The funeral service will start at 2:00 pm at Chapel Hill-Butler Funeral Home, 701 North 94th Street, Kansas City, Kansas 66112, followed by a graveside service at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. The services will be officiated by Pastor John Arvin.

Dolores was born on November 23, 1939 in Lawrence, Kansas. She was married to the love of her life, Vernon Thomas, for 49 years. She was a member of City Center Church in Lenexa, Kansas. Dolores worked for Bayer/Intervet for over years in the manufacturing department. She was loved by so many and will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Pluma Park; and her brother, James Park.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Vernon Thomas; son, David Park; daughter Tracy Trimble; grandchildren, Jason, Annette, Tiifani, and Ryleigh; great-grandchildren, Brandon, Michael, Bryan, Carlos, Jesus, Shilea, Jace, Joseph, Jaxson, and Jayden; twin brother, David Park; along with many other family members and friends.
