Danny L. Hunt, 61, of KCK, passed away September 23, 2018. A Celebration of His Life will be Sunday, September 30th from 1:00-5:00pm at the Wyandotte County Lake Shelter House #8. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Tobacco Use Prevention Program of Kansas.
Danny was born June 6, 1957 in Kansas City, KS to Albert and Delores Hunt. He graduated from Washington High School in 1976. Danny worked for many years for KCK Sewer Maintenance and lately worked for American Inn as a courier and maintenance man. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, watching WWF wrestling, and Chiefs football.
He was preceded in death by his parents; the love of his life, Nyra Moore; his brother, Michael Hunt; and his grandson, Cole Neidholdt.
Danny is survived by his daughter, Krystal Hedrick (Chad Moore); his siblings, Larry Hornback, Charles Hornback (Carol), Linda Hunt, Teresa Hunt-Thayer, and Tammi Jordan; his granddaughters, Kynzlee and Milena Moore; as well as his many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
