Claude Glenn Cowan, age 101, born October 28, 1923, passed away at his home on December 22, 2024. He is preceded in death by his wife Betty Robinson Cowan, his mother, Ollie Glenn Langan, step-father Cecil Langan, brothers, Warren Langan, Richard Langan and sister Gerri Langan Able, nephew Darrell Able and niece Jackie Able, Great Granddaughter Haley Grey, sister-in-law Olive Saunders.
He is survived by his daughter Gloria Cowan Mooney and son Paul Cowan, daughter-in-law Mary Beth Cowan. As well as 5 granddaughters, Tia Mooney, Genella Schmitt and her husband Raymond Schmitt, Marina Cowan, Olivia Cowan Tabor and her husband Justin Tabor, Natalie Cowan. 4 great grandsons, Noah Carlson, Jared Carlson, Jase Carlson, and Justin Grey. 2 great granddaughters, Emily Grey and Shaley Schmitt and several nieces and nephews.
He was a Gunner's Mate 2nd Class Navy Veteran from World War 2. Worked for Proctor & Gamble for 33 years.
