Mrs Annabelle Springer Bruce

Annabelle Bruce, 96, of Kansas City, MO, passed away surrounded by her loving family on December 13, 2010. Annabelle was born on April 6, 1914, in Mulberry, KS, to Dennis Clarence and Ida Mae (Hamline) Springer. She was a member of the Business Woman's Association, and very talented in sewing. The love of her life were her grandchildren, and cheering for the Kansas City Royals. Annabelle is preceded in death by her parents, husband of 26 years: Harold Bruce Sr., grandson: William Robert, and 6 siblings. Survivors include her two sons: Harold Bruce and his wife Opal of Kansas City, KS, and William Bruce and his wife Darlene of Platte City, MO. Left behind to cherish her memory are her 16- grandchildren, 52- great grandchildren and 4-great great grandchildren. Annabelle is also survived by two sisters: Delores Cordell of Gardner, KS, and Amanda Custer and her husband Bill of Reno, NV. A Funeral Service is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 18, 2010, at the Chapel Hill-Butler Funeral Home. Burial in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
