Ronald (Toby) James Marshall passed away September 5, 2024, at Hospice after a short illness. Toby was born in Hazelton BC on June 1st, 1934, to Thomas and Sarah Marshall. He was an active child who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and trapping, as well as hockey and baseball. He married his love Betty on August 5, 1955. In 1968 he and his family moved to Prince George and then to Kamloops in 1973. There, along with his wife, he became an avid golfer who golfed at least three times a week for the rest of his life. Toby was a truck driver who loved his job.
Toby is survived by his children Stu Marshall (Deb), Lori Campbell, and Barb Marshall, his grandchildren Gina, Becky, Jody, and Dan (Mandy) who he adored, and his great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife Betty, sister Pauline, and his son-in-law Brian (Buck) Campbell.
His was a life well lived.
A Celebration of Ronald's Life will be held on Saturday, October 12th at 11:00 AM at Schoening Funeral Service, 513 Seymour Street, Kamloops, BC, with a reception to follow.
