Beverly Jeanette Bobrownik, 91, of Kamloops, passed away peacefully on March 5, 2024, joining her parents Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Common, and her daughter, Patricia Kathleen (Kathy) Arnison, in their eternal home.
Beverly was born on October 19, 1932, in Vancouver, BC, where her first daughter was born. She had a total of three children and lived a very active life, finding jobs at the Royal Inland Hospital, the Overlander, secretarial work in the Army Camp, Immigration, and many more. Beverly traveled to various places for work and leisure, such as Falkland, Vernon, the Rocky Mountains, and others. She loved swimming, horseback riding, was a self-taught pianist, and found pride and joy in her gardening.
She is preceded in death by her partner, Richard J. Panter; her two sons, Douglas G. Arnison and C. Dale Arnison; and four grandchildren, Tanner Paulsen, Lauren Paulsen, Christina Arnison, and Cindy Arnison, as well as numerous great-grandchildren, and will be greatly missed.
Beverly will be remembered for her tenacity for her passions, her delicious homemade apple pies and lemon tarts, lavish turkey dinners, and, most of all, her warm love for her family. The service for her memorial will be limited to close family and friends, as there will be another memorial held at the gravesite at a later date.
The funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Schoening Funeral Service in Kamloops, BC.
