On June 2, 2022 at age 93, Agda Buckborough passed away peacefully surrounded by family.
She will be deeply missed by her daughter Ruth (Chris) and son Bruce (Lucy); grandchildren Brian, Jennifer and Lisa and great grandchildren Emily, Olivia, Connor, Aubree, Hudson, and Kayne.
Agda was born in a small farming community outside of Winnipeg, Manitoba. She was married to Gary Buckborough for 62 years. He predeceased her on March 6, 2022.
Agda had a very positive outlook on life. She liked to dance, make new friends, and was a talented artist. Agda and Gary traveled the world and lived a long and happy life together. The family would like to say a special thank you to all the nurses, doctors and staff at Royal Inland Hospital and Trinity Hospice.
Family and friends will honour Agda in their own way. No formal service will be held.
