Visitation will be held from 9:0 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 16, 2012, at Ballard Family Mortuary; service will start at 10:00 a.m.; burial will follow, 11:00 a.m., at Valley Isle Memorial Park Cemetery in Haiku.
Steve is survived by his wife Trudiann Kuailani; mother, Lucy Fergerson; brother, Andrew (Diana) Wildrix; and sisters, Beatrice Knights, and Kathleen (Steve) Kessler.
