Family and friends are invited to gather at BALLARD FAMILY MORTUARY on Friday, April 27 from 6 to 9 pm, with service at 7:30 pm, and continuing on Saturday, April 28 from 9 am to 11 am, with prayer service at 11 am. Burial at Valley Isle Memorial Park in Haiku at 1:30 pm. Borthwick Norman’s Mortuary is assisting with arrangements.
He was employed with Kuleana Condominiums in the maintenance department.
He is survived by son Jeffrey Ramos; daughter Reynette Ramos; brother Cornelio (Teresita) Ramos; sisters Dioncia Arizaga and Carol (Ben) Huffman and grandson Breyden Dela Cruz.
