Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 8, 2017, at Ballard Family Mortuary, service will begin at 10:30 a.m., and burial will follow at 12:30 p.m. at Maui Memorial Park in Wailuku.
Magdalena retired from Maui Lu Resort where she worked as a Housekeeper.
She is survived by her sons, James (Carol) Palafox, John Palafox, and Thomas (Vicky) Palafox; grandchildren, Jackie (Tosh) Fujita, Janeen (John) Souza, Kelsie (Kelvin) Nishida, Kaimana Palafox, Adrienne Palafox, Anela Palafox, Rocky (Briana) Keawekane, and Abraham Keala; 13 great-grandchildren; and brother, Alfred (Bea) Tulba.
Magdalena was predeceased by her husband, Modesto; daughter, Vernie; daughter-in-law, Puni; 4 great-grandchildren; 7 brothers; and a sister.
