Joe worked as a Communication Technician for the Department of Water and Power in Los Angeles.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2015 at Norman’s Mortuary from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.; with service to begin at 11:00 a.m., burial to follow at Maui Memorial Park in Wailuku at 12:30 p.m.
Joe survived by his wife, Lynna Rumbaoa; son, Clay (Carolyn) Rumbaoa; daughters, Gail, Angie, and Gina Rumbaoa; brothers, Robert (Ely) Rumbaoa, Arcenio (Nora) Rumbaoa; sister, Pres Pascua and grandchildren, Hannah, Mitchell and Amber.
