Dolores Watts, 86, of Pahoa, passed away on May 21, 2017. Dolores was born on July 29, 1930 in Poughkeepsie, New York. She was a retired security guard. She is survived by her sons;Charles B. Legg III and Paul B. Legg, daughter; Cathryn C. Legg, 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
