William “Bill” Joseph Brogna, 74, passed away on March 26, 2025, in Jupiter, Florida surrounded by his loving family. He was a beloved husband, father, and friend whose warmth, humor, and entrepreneurial spirit left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him.
Born on September 6, 1950, in Pittston Pennsylvania, Bill built a beautiful life with his wife, Carrie Falcone Brogna, to whom he was devoted to for 48 years. A lifelong business owner, he began his journey at Brogna’s Deli in Laflin, PA, before following his dreams to Palm Beach County, Florida, where he opened his next venture, the One Way Café (Crazy Cuban) in Juno Beach. Through his businesses, Bill didn’t just serve food—he built communities, bringing people together with great meals, laughter, and unforgettable stories.
A passionate New York Yankees and Giants fan, Bill’s love for sports was only rivaled by his love for good company. He had a natural gift for storytelling, and anyone who spent time with him walked away with both a smile and a tale to tell. His presence lit up every room, and those lucky enough to have known him will always cherish the memories and laughter he shared so generously.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Rhoda Brogna, and his father-in-law, Charles Falcone. He is survived by his loving wife, Carrie Brogna, and his children, Dr. William Brogna (Kelly), as well as his daughter, Maria Brogna of North Palm Beach. He is also survived by his brothers, Larry, Alex, (Maryann) Frank, and Jody, (Marion), mother-in-law, Irene Falcone, brother-in-law, Charles Falcone (Sarah), sister-in-law Elli Aquilina (Charles), who will forever hold his memory close to their hearts.
Bill’s legacy lives on in the stories he told, the friendships he built, and the love he poured into his family and community. He will be deeply missed but forever remembered.
