Dear Family,

I am so deeply sorry for your loss.  

I have so many wonderful memories of Ms Gibson, they began at Palm Beach Gardens El.  We both had children at the school which made our jobs filled with mixed blessings, but we both agreed it was a win, win!

Dear Meegan, Ryder, and Ron, Dr. Victoria Gibson was one of the finest educators/administrators I have had the honor of knowing throughout my career. She hired me in 1993 during a hiring freeze. She guided and supported me in becoming the best educator I could be. She molded me into a teacher leader with lessons on how continue to grow and learn, work with parents, and be able to articulate and defend my program and teaching practices as a young educator. After a difficult day, she would always say, 'this too shall pass'. Such small words, but they had such a deep impact on me. That first year, I stained many of Vicky's work blouses with make-up tears! Despite my ruining her wardrobe, she never turned me away when a hug was needed. I always knew I could count on her knowing exactly what to do in any situation. She was a master of her craft and as a result, our school ran smoothly every day, every year. A few years later, I went back to school for my Ph.D., just as Vicky had encouraged. Although my dreams eventually took me beyond the classroom, Dr. Gibson will always be a true kindred spirit to mine. May God bless you all as you adjust to the loss of this very special woman. Ms. Gibson was instrumental in preparing for and supervising thousands of Safety Patrols on the annual trip to Washington, DC.

On behalf of the Palm Beach County Safety Patrol Association, we offer to the family our sincere condolences. We also want to thank Ms. Gibson's family for the time she devoted to the Palm Beach County Safety Patrols through the many years of service to our Association.

Vicky was a valued colleague among the principals of Palm Beach County.  My sincere condolences are extended to her family.

Dear Family,
Our prayers are with you during this time. Aunt Vickie was, and is now, a true angel!  Her kindness and love for family, friends, children, and humanity shines on through you all. We wish you many blessings, and are thankful she is not in pain.  We rejoice in the fact that she is now with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!
