Paulette Sue Smith

Paulette graduated from Heath High School in Heath, OH. She went on to attend the Culinary Institute of America, learning Confectionery Arts. She married Charles Perry Smith, III on April 6, 1980 and together they shared 39 years of marriage.

Paulette worked as a Pastry Chef over 30 years, retiring from PGA National. She enjoyed making cakes, racing, fishing, camping, boating and going to the Casino.

She is survived by two sons, Kevin (Nicole) of Lexington, SC and Justin (Mandi) of Jupiter, FL; a grandson she loved spending time with, Jase Smith; her siblings, Bertie Welsh (Mike) of Newark, OH, Kathleen McFarlane of New Port Richey, FL, Debbie (Jim) Greenwood of Hebron, OH, and Robert Schwab (Melissa) of Clemmons, NC; as well as many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Charles Perry Smith III in 2019; a sister, Maryann Chancy and a nephew, Lionel Calloway.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 16, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Aycock-Riverside Funeral and Cremation Center, 1112 Military Trail, Jupiter, FL 33458, followed by a Memorial Service at 3:00 PM.
