I send my deepest condolences to the family. I have work with Mark for many years @ store 682. The memories we shared I will cherish forever.  Mark was such a great person and always so kind. He will truly be missed.

Sorry to hear that mark passed he was good guy. Remember going to his house for a BBQ and was introduced to OX tail pretty amazing!! Sorry for everyone's loss wish I could be there for the service but unfortunately I'm offshore. Love everyone!!

My sincerest condolences to the Newman family


Mark was the sophisticated Newman brother. He introduced us to Monty Python, The Police, David Letterman, playing instruments. Mark was funny, and fun, and he could box! The lone Red Sox fan in a sea of Yankees, Mark had this great independent streak. I feel fortunate to have grown up with Mark.  My mother taught Mark in kindergarten, and she was very sad to hear about his passing. Wonderful guy. RIH, Mark Newman.

While I'd not seen you in many years my memories of you feel like yesterday.  Your sense of humor, love of video games, the Sox (which you passed on to me), movies , cigars and life. The time we shared hanging out and working together at Publix were some of the most dear to me in my life. Rest well and God speed old friend.

I'm deeply sadden and wish to pass my sincere sympathies.  When I moved to WPB in '89 he was one of the first folks I met. He made me feel like a long time friend. We would tease each other who's baseball team would win the World Series first...my Chicago Cubs or his beloved Red Sox..his Sox got us by 2 years. .... Rest in Peace brother. I had the pleasure to work with Mark for a few years with Publix. Possibly the funniest guy I've known. He could quote every line from every Mel Brooks movie ever made. Monty Python as well. 
He was totally devoted to his family. He talked about Peg and Jacob and his face would light up. He was extremely proud of them both. 
There are no words to express my sorrow for your troubles.  Know that you and your family will be in my prayers each and every night. 
Your Dad was liked and loved by many. He will be missed but I am blessed to have the knowledge that every time I think of him I smile.
You can't say that about many people.

Mark was one of the kindest souls in our community, just and all around good person we’ve sadly lost, I was able to go on a MLB Spring training trip that just happened to be his favorite team, we had a mutual friend that was playing for the Boston Redsox, he was like a kid in a candy store when we toured the locker room with the players present, one of my favorite memories of Mark. RIP BUDDY, you have the best seat in the house now!
