Mario Zola 67, of Jupiter, Florida passed away on September 13, 2022. Mario was born on October 23, 1954, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He was the son of the late Cosme Zola and Antonia Zola and brother of the late Michael Zola.
Mario immigrated to the United States in 1971 and resided in Massachusetts, where he worked in a machine shop which taught him his life career of CNC Machining. He started dating the love of his life, Linda, in 1979, they then got married in 1982 in Waltham, Massachusetts. They moved to Florida in 1986 and in 1987 Mario started his own business, MZ Machine, which has been open for 35 years.
He loved spending time and vacationing with his family and spoiling his grandchildren. He spent most of his time watching soccer, which was his passion. He was a genuine person with a heart of gold and loved making people laugh.
Mario leaves behind his beloved wife of 40 years, Linda Zola; his loving children, Mario D. Zola and daughter in law Jacqueline Zola, Mark Zola and daughter in law Alyssa Zola and Malissa Zola and partner Jonathan Borrayo. He also leaves behind his most cherished grandchildren whom they referred to as “Nonno”: Chloe, Chase, Elliana, Evangeline and Mikayla.
Mario is also survived by many loving family and friends throughout Florida, Massachusetts and Argentina.
He will be missed by all who knew him.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Aycock-Riverside Funeral and Cremation Center, 1112 Military Trail, Jupiter, FL 33458. A Mass of Christian Burial will occur on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at 10:00 AM at St. Peter Catholic Church, 1701 Indian Creek Parkway, Jupiter, FL 33458. A committal service will follow at Riverside Memorial Park, 19351 SE County Line Road, Tequesta, FL 33469.
