Age 80, formerly of Mishicot, Wisconsin, currently of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, died on Saturday, November 26, 2011 surrounded by her daughter Julie and Granddaughter Inga at home. She was born March 5th, 1931 in the Town of Stockbridge, daughter of the late Levi & Irene (Price) Ruffing. Lucy married Keith Stuckey on June 30, 1950. She grew up on a farm in the Town of Stockbridge. She graduated from Chilton High School. As a young woman she loved to dance and roller skate. She retired from Hamilton Manufacturing Company in 1996 and then moved to Jupiter, Florida in 1997. She learned to play tennis at 66. Since the death of her husband Keith Stuckey she had dedicated her life to being a 2nd Mother to her granddaughter Inga Ryann Iverson. She loved being involved in Inga's activities.
Survivors include her children: Lindalee Stuckey wife of Larry Cole (Glen Ellyn, Illinois), Greg Stuckey (Manitowoc, WI), and Julie Stuckey (Palm Beach Gardens, FL), Two grandchildren: Lorelei Stuckey Cole and Inga Ryann Iverson, 1 sister: Dorothy (Ev) Bornemann and long time family friend, Frank Delucia. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Lucy was preceded in death by her husband, Keith Stuckey, parents Levi and Irene Ruffing; 2 sisters: Gloria Torres, Sylvia Ruffing; and 1 brother: Bernard (Barney) Ruffing.
