Louise A. Layton

Louise A. Layton, 83 of Jupiter, FL passed away on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at the Jupiter Medical Center – Pavilion. She was born at home in Homestead Park, PA on September 21, 1934; the daughter of the late William and Catherine Gehring.

Louise was educated in the PA school system, graduating from Munhall High School. She married Gary Layton on June 21, 1953 and together they have celebrated 64 years of marriage. Louise loved to dance! She enjoyed playing bingo and cards and was an avid wrestling fan.

She is predeceased by two sisters and two brothers.

She is survived by her loving husband, Gary Layton; two sons, Terry Layton and his wife Chris and Brian Layton and his wife Lisa; a daughter, Darlene Hays and her husband Don; eight grandchildren, Stacy, Ryan, Katie, Danielle, Drew, Will, Peggy and Nick; seven great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 20, 2018 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Aycock-Riverside Funeral and Cremation Center, 1112 Military Trail, Jupiter, FL. A Funeral Service will be celebrated on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 11:00 am in the Mausoleum at Riverside Memorial Park, 19351 SE County Line Road, Tequesta, FL. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Trustbridge, Jupiter, FL.
