Linda Marie Eurich, a longtime resident of South Florida, was born in Savannah, GA on December 17, 1953 and went with God on March 6, 2019, after 18 months battling cancer. Daughter of Mamie Brown (Jackson) Johnson (deceased) and Jimmie Jackson (deceased) and later Olen Johnson (deceased).
Linda Marie was one of four children; Jimmie Lee Jackson (deceased); Billy Jackson (deceased); and Gail Thomas.
Linda Marie earned her Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and was a beloved educator for 35 years in Palm Beach County. She had a true gift of inspiring and motivating her students to be the absolute best they could be, and no matter what their individual circumstances were, they could overcome. She loved dancing, tennis, deep sea fishing, scrabble, snorkeling, traveling and making memories with her family. She was the life of the party and brought joy to every room she entered. There was never a dull moment when Linda Marie was around.
She married the “man of her dreams” (as she would say), Peter, on November 17, 1979. She is survived by him and their children, Lisa Eurich, Heidi Rawlinson-Neil Rawlinson (husband) and step-daughter, Jennifer Heinen-Joseph Heinen (husband); along with her grandbabies that will always lovingly remember her as Mimi. Lilia, Keeva and Elowyn Rawlinson; and step-grandkids Joey, Jake and Jillian Heinen.
A Celebration of Her Life will be held on Sunday, April 14, 2019 from 11:00am to 3:00pm at The Lake Pavillion, 101 S. Flagler Blvd., West Palm Beach, FL, with a ceremony beginning at noon. Family and friends are welcome to bring a memory and side dish to share, as well as their dancing shoes. This will be a true celebration of the wonderful life of our vibrant wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Flowers are also welcome and can only be accepted at the Lake Pavillion on Sunday, April 14th between 9am and noon.
