Frank was in the Navy during World War II in the invasion of Okinawa. He was a successful businessman in the field of real estate.
Frank was a man of many talents and interests. He enjoyed painting, fishing, and was a natural athlete. He played multiple instruments and composed music. Several of his songs were published and recorded.
Frank's greatest joy was his family and he loved them dearly. He was an inspiration and role model who will be greatly missed.
In addition to his wife of 41 years, Ginny Malfa, he leaves daughters Marie Coleman, Roseanne Malfa, Melodie Malfa, and Lisa Burvenich. He leaves 5 grandchildren; Teena Schrecengost, Kristen Beauchesne, Ivan and Zachary Malfa-Kowalski and Adrian Calderon-Malfa. He also leaves 4 great-grandchildren, Ryder and Hayden Beauchesne, Aaron Beaudoin, Shawn Clark. He leaves great-great granddaughter Aryana Clark and niece Diane Hicks.
A memorial service with military honors will be held Friday, January 6 at 10 a.m. at the South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth. Attendees should follow lane 3 for parking.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Alzheimer's Community Care or Hospice.
