Donald served his country in the US Navy during the Vietnam War, as a Brackish Water Soldier. He enjoyed fishing with his grandkids on his ski-boat, updating classic cars like his 1982 T-top convertible, mudding in his doom buggy, cruises with his daughters, Key West trips with his daughter and friends, barbecue gatherings poolside with his best friends and neighbors, horseback riding through lakes, family gatherings; especially during the Holidays and Christmas adventures in his converted bus with friends. But most of all he loved riding his motorcycle.
He is survived by four daughters, Lisa Trainor, Jennifer Gray, Tonya Tinsley and Tabatha McDonald; eight grandkids; ten great grandkids and two new grandbabies due in December and January.
As many of you know our beloved father passed away last September riding his most beloved toy, his motorcycle. We have decided to have a 'Celebration of Life' to honor his service in the Navy and what would have been his 78th Birthday on July 5th, 2024.
Burial will take place on Friday, July 5, 2024 at 2:15pm (park in lane 3) at SOUTH FLORIDA NATIONAL CEMETERY, 6501 S. STATE ROAD 7, LAKE WORTH, FL 33449. Following the burial a Celebration of Life for Don will be held at 5:00pm at Tonya Tinsley and Mark Diekmann's Home, Artistry of the Palm Beaches, 13213 Faberge Place, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418.
We invite you to brighten our lives in our time of grief by sharing your happiest memories of Donald Ray Tinsley. Please share and contact me directly if you have any questions on the Burial and Gathering at [email protected]. Below is a link for your pictures, memories and memorabilia.
