Claudia J Smith

Mrs. Smith was born on August 17, 1940 to the late Benjamin Jones and Iris Estelle Johnson Jones. She was a retired educator in the Palm Beach County School District. She was an active member of the Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church and many other civic organizations.

Survivors include her husband Jerome Smith, Columbia, South Carolina, sons Tracy D. Smith, Miramar, Florida, Keith C. (Anna) Smith , Silver Spring, Maryland, brothers Benjamin R. (Nellwyn) Jones, Winter Haven, Florida and Ronnie E. (Pam) Jones, Summerville, Alabama, sister Zelda Greene, Jupiter, Florida.

Visitation with the family will begin at Mr. Olive Missionary Baptist Church, 3700 Avenue O, Riviera Beach, Florida from 5:00PM Until 9:00PM on Tuesday, September 6, 2011. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at 11:00am in the chapel of Aycock Funeral Home, 1112 Military Trail, Jupiter, Florida 33458. Burial will follow on Thursday, September 8, 2011 at 2:00pm at Forest Lawn Memorial Garden in Ocala, Florida.
