It is with tremendous sorrow to share that our dear Charlotte Anne Carver, who is described by anyone who knew her as having the smile of an angel, passed away suddenly in a car accident on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at the age of 11.
Charlotte is survived by her mother and father, Leah and Allen Carver and her older sister, Ella Carver, as well as a loving web of grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.
With a zest for life and joy large enough to light the world, Charlotte has a voracious appetite for good food, from Brussel sprouts to her mother’s Shepherd’s pie. Anyone who met her, loved her instantly and she exuded spunk, fierce passion and a great sense of humor. Her contagious giggle lit every classroom she was in, extending into so many lives of both children and adults.
Charlotte is a dancing spark of light and was very proud for her first pair of pointe shoes, a goal she worked towards for many years. She loved being in the Nutcracker Ballet and loved music, singing and dressing up. She adores shoes.
Most of all Charlotte loved her mom, dad, sister and all her family, her pets and her friends. She held love for others in every word she spoke, pushing into life with deep curiosity and a desire to see what is good in the world. She loved the beach, the woods, and the mountains of North Carolina. She loved to run in nature and horses, and being home at her farm. She loved to tell people she was born at home in the bathtub and loved babies, who in turn adored her right back.
Charlotte Anne Carver leaves this earthly world but we see her still dancing and laughing. She leaves us all, having showered us with her joyful, playful, miraculous, insightful and intuitive genius. With her presence we have all been most truly blessed. Charlotte is the definition of real love.
Funeral services for Charlotte will be held Monday, November 23 at noon at Aycock Funeral Home, 1112 Military Trail, Jupiter. The family will have an open visitation from 11am until noon.
In honor of Charlotte we are requesting that everyone wear color instead of black to the service.
