Brian and I shared some fun times together driving around south Florida singing Christmas carols for a caroling company! I had the pleasure of enjoying his wonderful voice on Sundays singing with him in church. Brian definitely had an amazing gift. I enjoyed his little parties and he was always a very social butterfly. What is it they say? The good die young? We have lost a lovely soul on this earth but I know they have welcomed his voice into the choir of angels. I love you Brian

I was so deeply saddened to hear of Brian's passing. I was his choral music teacher at Spring Valley High School. Although thousands of students entered my life over the years, Brian was one that simply could not be forgotten with the passing of time. Always smiling, always energetic, always caring for others, and always singing. To this day, when I think of Brian, a smile crosses my face and now, a tear invades my eyes.

I have known Brian for over 25  yrs and he was family to me 100%! Brian was a kind soul who always had time for a freind! His passion for music was something that I and my family would have the outmost pleasure of listening to live as he would play for us every time that we visited Fort Lauderdale and what a pleasure that was i must say! Brian use to call me Johnny as  my family also did  and he use to say that I remind him of his blood brother Johnny as he reminded me of my brother Mario and for me that was an honor! We both come from Italian family's and we shared so much in common from family stories to food and pastries of course 😂 as we both loved so much of the same  kinds of both foods  wich made our bond even closer. Brian was family to me from the first time I met him because, I could tell what a good soul he was . My Frattello until we meet again I love you! and will miss you! may God keep you in his heavenly hands and let you sing in his glorious choir with his Angels in heaven filling our empty hearts with joy. Ciao for only know Bro xo!

May there be comfort in knowing that someone so special as Brian will never be forgotten. He will be greatly missed but his warmth, kindness, and gentle spirit will be remembered forever. Love You Forever and Always Uncle Brian! 

In 2008, my uncle Brian wrote and performed a song for my wedding, titled 'A Loving Life.'  He put all of himself into this beautiful song, and my wife Anna and I are eternally grateful for this special memory we have of Brian sharing himself and his love of music with us. 

A week or so before the wedding, my father Paul Mirabile recorded him performing this song in our living room in New Orleans.  When Brian finished, my father said, "There are some songs you have to listen to a couple of times before you start to like and appreciate them, and there are some songs you just love them the first time you hear them."

My father frequently spoke of his younger brother Brian when we we're growing up and his love of music. Although we didn’t see him as often as we would have liked during my childhood, I am very thankful for the opportunities and chats we did have as an adult. 
My Uncle Brian wore his heart on his sleeve and shared himself and his many talents freely.  He had an infectious smile and a sense of openness, honesty and love that we should all aspire to.  Thank you, Brian, for sharing yourself with us all.

One of my favorite memories spent with Brian was running the Disney Half Marathon in 2012.

I’m better for knowing him, better for loving him and better for having met him. May he be blessed in the next life as I was in this one by knowing him.
