Alice Rose DiDomenico, age 89, beloved wife of the late Philip Joseph DiDomenico, Sr., a longtime resident of Jupiter and Hollywood, Florida passed away on September 8, 2019 in Annapolis, Maryland surrounded by her loving family. Alice DiDomenico, a devout Catholic, was born in Flat Rock, Michigan on July 14th, 1930 to the late Ralph and Mary White. Alice attended Western Michigan University and worked at the Girl Scout headquarters in Ypsilanti, Michigan. She married Philip on June 3rd, 1960 and moved to Florida where she developed a passion for real-estate which allowed her to work while raising her family. Alice and Phil enjoyed 50 beautiful years of marriage. Alice played an integral part in bringing girls sports to Hollywood, Florida as the president and coach of the Hollywood Hills Athletic Program. She enjoyed spending time with her family at the beach, traveling, bird watching, and cheering her children and grandchildren on in various sporting events.
Alice was the adored mother of the late Philip J DiDomenico, Jr., Angela (Mario) Conti of Annapolis, MD, and Lisa Alich of Jupiter Florida. She cherished her grandchildren: Marissa DiDomenico, Austin and Connar Brown, and Addison Alich, Vincent, Joseph, and Philip Conti. She will also be greatly missed by her numerous nieces and nephews, extended family and countless friends.
Visitation with the DiDomenico family will begin on Thursday, September 12, 2019 from 3:30 to 5:30 pm and 8:30 to 9:30 am on Friday, September 13, 2019 at Aycock Funeral Home. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10am on Friday, September 13, 2019 at St. Peter Catholic Church, 1701 Indian Creek Parkway, Jupiter, Florida 33458. A celebration of life service will be held in Annapolis Maryland- details to follow. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Queen of Peace, Royal Palm, FL. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
