Whenever I think about my cousin, Rachel Tell, I see her smiling and talking about the Lord and how good He is.  

She was always glorifying God, and let everyone who would listen, and those who wouldn't,  know that she was a Child of God, and loved him unconditionally, and with her whole heart.

I am sad/but rejoicing that her journey is finished, and she is with the Lord now.  He had greater need of her than we did here, and took her home.

These scriptures comfort me, as I think about her:

1 Kings 8:45 - Then hear thou in heaven their prayer and their supplication, and maintain their cause.

Psalms 65:2 - O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come.

Nehemiah 1:11- O Lord, I beseech thee, let now thine ear be attentive to the prayer of thy servant, and to the prayer of thy servants, who desire to fear thy name: and prosper, I pray thee, thy servant this day,.....

 Rachel Tell and the Tell family  first met was in 1980 in Berlin Germany we clicked and. You became my sister and family your kindness will never be forgotten you will be missed dearly. And my deepest condolences. To the Tell family from your brother Jackson. We will cross paths again in a better place until then much love and rest in peace my sister

I met Miss Rachel at church, 
NLIFC, where she was always so sweet to me. I remember every time she saw me, she would compliment me on my dress and tell me cuz she admired my "shoe game", and that I reminded her of her in her younger days cuz she loved heels 🤗 We always got a good chuckle in after that... My deepest condolences to her husband, Deacon Tell, and the rest of her family and all those that love her. May she RIP🕊

I remember when Miss Rachel first walked in my place of business on Riverdale Road CELEBRITIES ONLY HAIR STUDIO she walked in and said that she wanted a haircut she looked at me and saw my platinum blonde hair and said I want my hair like that what I need to do I told her I'll let my husband do it for you l train him well, so then we became the BLONDE TWINS .Miss Rachel became a friend of ours and also a mother figure she's supported everything that we had at our place of business and she was a faithful faithful customer for over 13yrs. where she had her son her husband and her daughter-in-law to also support our business she supported my 2 baby showers she supported Christmas parties whatever we did whatever we did for our business she was our biggest supporter and her family and she even invited us to her home that was so beautifully decorated by her with all her many plants Miss Rachel had a heart of gold and love to dance and had the biggest brightest smile and I love the tone of her voice Miss Richard you will be missed I often thought about you over the years and also when I came across people that knew you I would ask how you was doing I know you will be resting in heaven because you are a JEWEL in HEAVEN as you were on EARTH. I know you've lost a great one I lost my mother back in December I know how much you love your mother your wife your mother-in-law your grandmother but she will continue to be your your ANGEL in heaven as she was on Earth I love you guys Jackee

Her smile was radiant, her heart was always ready to dance. You knew you were loved whenever you were in her presence. She spoke her piece and if you stepped left, she would let you know it! I am so grateful for all the days she lent her heart to my daughters Niesha and Deja and when Micah came along, she had plenty left to share with her too. And how we exchanged heart spaces to share our Grandson Dezmond from an infant at her house to shared high fives at his football games; then life would lead me to her bedside where I would pray over her and read passages from God’s word,  and lock heart and  hands with her some Sundays after church.  
She loved my family as if it were her own, she surely will be missed. Heaven was missing an Angel and she now  has her wings. Rachel, our  beautiful Queen will be missed, but now she’s free of pain; she’s finally wearing her new sparkling gown and strutting around Heaven with my Deja and wearing her diamond-studded crown. 
Nina Wilson and her entire family sends their deepest condolences, thoughts of love and heartfelt prayers to the Tell family. 

Forever in our hearts and memory Rachel aka "sweet lips" from  my son because of  your bright smile. You provided, friendship, humor, compassion, sharing, parenting (your kids Van, Darell, sibling Milton and mine Kareena ,Erik) and the all around reliable and personable help she always provided during her two plus decades service as a military spouse especially  USAREC,  Ft Hamilton NY and as soldiers say HOOAH!!!  Rest In Peace 

ONE LIFE!!
In this thing called life you might be lucky enough to run across a solid, genuine an authentic family. I was fortune enough to come across this family in the 80's overseas.The youngest one Daryl was almost as fresh as me,but you know I'm from Baltimore that's hard to beat, LOL,but if you know this family for real there's no word's to Express the lost of the queen mrs.Rachel rest in beats I say beats cuz that's all I ever heard in there house.
