He is preceded in death by his parents Miguel and Sara Mojica and one daughter Vanessa Mojica. Juan leaves to cherish loving memories his wife, Sofia Martinez; son, Camilo Mojica; daughters, Esmeralda Mojica, Rocio Villegas (Beto Gomez), Suzy Villegas, Dora (Marcus) Sheffield, and Joanna (Keith) Fuller; brothers, Lupe and Martin Mojica; sisters, Faustina, Ramona, Gloria, Adela, Deliz, and Olga Mojica; twenty grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Family will receive friends Wednesday, April 5, 2017 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Tara Garden Chapel Funeral Home, Jonesboro, Georgia . Funeral Services will be held Thursday, April 6, 2017 at 11:00 am at Tara Garden Chapel Funeral Home, Jonesboro, Georgia . Pastor Jacinto Clemente officiating. Interment Sherwood Memorial Gardens, Jonesboro, Georgia.
